This morning, my son Adam and I had fun taking part in the Dan Upton memorial throws competition to raise money for the Wounded Highlanders charity.
Adam throws the discus for Radley AC and is nationally ranked and has been the Oxford County Champion for the past 4 years, and so although I am happy with my 19.20 metre best throw, Adam threw a bit further!
