Championship Here We Come!

What a fantastic end to my 12th year working within the medical team at Oxford United FC by winning promotion to the Championship!

To be able to share the event alongside my fantastic medical team colleagues, sports science, coaching staff and of course the players was such a privilege, and to be able to proudly wave to my family from the pitch is something that will stay with me forever!

Corporate Posture Workshops – The Reviews Are Coming In!

Loving my new reviews from one of my office postural workshops I presented a few weeks ago!
Employers are starting to realise the benefits, both financially and for staff welfare, of looking after their office staff by helping them realise the importance of self care and aligned posture whilst sitting for hours at their desks - rather than buying expensive 'ergonomic' office equipment!
Early days - but those forward thinking Oxfordshire companies are getting there!

Supporting Sister Act & SpongeBob The Musical!

Alongside my private clinic and proudly being a member of Oxford Utd's medical team, I am always delighted to be asked to provide professional treatment and advice to visiting theatre companies during their Oxford shows.  I have recently supported the actors from Sister Act & SpongeBob The Musical - the show must go on!

The Pupils of Kiboi Primary School (Kenya) Graduation Day!

Congratulations to the pupils of Kiboi Primary School, Kenya as they graduated to Secondary school.
I have become firm friends with Mr Wilfred Kimutai the school's headmaster over the years, and through our mutual friends and Kenyan athlete's Jonah Chesum and Shadrack Korir I have managed to support the school by donating sports equipment and kit.
As part of this support I provide the refreshments for their graduation and love to see these recent pics of the pupils have they celebrate their fantastic achievement of qualifying for Secondary school.
Great to be able to share their excitement and thanks to Wilfred, Jonah & Shadrack for their continued support.

Enjoying Success With My Team!

With My Headington Youth U16’s Football Team

I am a very proud coach & shirt sponsor of Headington Youth U16's Football Team and seeing them win their quarter final against a Witney A League team 3-1 to progress to the semi final of the Oxfordshire FA Youth Cup is one of those days where all the time, money and stress of organising & sponsoring a youth sports team pays off.

I am so lucky to have a team made up from players who enjoy playing alongside their team mates win, lose or draw!

Another success story!

Austrian Ironman Medal

Helping my clients to achieve their goals.

It is always wonderful to see my clients achieve their specific goals and today was no exception.

Someone I have been treating to prepare for their first Ironman came in to thank me as they completed the Austrian Ironman under their target time of a very respectful 14 hours with their well earned medal and also to give me a present of Pumpkin oil as a gesture of their appreciation which was so thoughtful and very appreciated.

I am privileged to be able to share in many of my client's journeys and to help them achieve their goals, whether it is winning a medal, completing a race, recovering from an injury or living without postural pain and when they send me a 'finishing line selfie' or pop in to say thanks is just the icing on the cake!
