Neuromuscular Reeducation (NMR) is a hands-on technique/approach to the functional treatment of soft-tissue injuries that occur
via trauma, repetitive motion, or chronic postural fatigue.
Chris has personally combined many of the NMR techniques with his sports massage training to create a unique and successful
way of treating muscle and joint problems in the shortest time possible.
It was whilst running his previous sports massage clinics at both the Churchill & John Radcliffe hospitals, Chris found that the
majority of his clients were presenting themselves with back, neck, shoulder and forearm strain caused by their occupation.
Chris identified that proactive employers need support to help address these issues in the workplace
and therefore Chris now provides Oxfords only professional corporate sports massage service.
This service has already become very popular with local companies including Henmans LLP, Blackwell’s,
Nestle Powwow Water, Vicon, PPC Worldwide, the New Theatre and the Oxford Playhouse.
